The Stainless Steel Hurricane Filter Vessel is constructed of 304 Stainless Steel and passivated for longer life. This vessel can be installed on any Water application to provide crystal clear water. Various micron size replacement polyester Filter Cartridges are available in Cleanable and Non-Cleanable Medias.
DI Resin vessel systems are designed to create DI Water from incoming city water or from existing dielectric tanks in Wire EDM Application, Hole Driller Application, Coolant Makeup and Closed Loop Filtration Make up water for Waterjet tables. Each vessel is constructed of 304 stainless steel with internal diffuser for water even disbursement. DI Vessel comes complete with Installation kit and resin bag . The 1 cu.ft. Single Vessel is capable of producing up to 6 gallons per minute of DI Water.
Fiberglass bottles are constructed from a heavy-duty fiberglass material. Featuring a park style head assembly and a strainer built into the riser tube, helps extend the life of the resin and stop bead migration.
Resin prefilter Housings are designed to lengthen the life of the resin bag or bottle by filtering particles that may pass by the Machines Filters.
The 623 Filter Vessels are constructed of heavy-duty carbon steel with a swing bolt lid assembly.
