Highly refined hydrotreated paraffinic base stock resulting in:

A much more stable fluid.
A higher flash point.
3-4 times the oxidation stability.
A pour point of -54°C.
High dielectric strength.
Low viscosity with excellent non-clogging flow & backwash characteristics due to highly refined base stock.

DESCRIPTION

EBBCO/HIRSCHMANN ROYAL FLUSH 266 is a superior product designed for electrical discharge machining applications. Royal Flush 266 is formulated with the finest quality base stocks available, providing water clear appearance with low odor for a pleasant work environment. Royal Flush 266 has excellent resistance to oxidation, which provides extended fluid life. The high flash point of Royal Flush 266 helps insure excellent safety standards. The low viscosity of this product allows for good circulation through the spark gap and rapid removal and settling of fines.

APPLICATIONS

EBBCO/HIRSCHMANN ROYAL FLUSH 266 is recommended for service as the insulating fluid between the tool and work piece in electrical discharge machining operations.
