We have been receiving service calls from customers that have noticed that the filters sometimes are to tight going into the vessels. So we have responded! We are now pleased to offer individual sticks of filter wax. By applying filter wax to the bottom seal of the filter prior to the installation of the cartridge will ease the installation and the removal of the Hurricane filter cartridges with out having any adverse effects on the filter life. The Ebbco Evolution Series Precision Machining Filtration

is designed to keep particulate from building up in the

machine tool, increase coolant or oil life, part finish and

reduce part rejection. The filters are designed to filter

Carbide, Stainless, HSS, ceramics, PCD, Diamond and

other materials down to 0.5 micron. Systems are custom

designed for each application. A bag pre-filter system is

standard on each system with an upgradeable option of a

magnetic roll for high speed steel and medical stainless

applications. The filter cartridge housing contains up to

eight, micron rated filter cartridges ranging from 1/2

micron up to 100 micron. Each system incorporates a BTU rated inline cabinet mount style chiller for consistent fluid cooling. This chiller is mounted on the filtration system to reduce it’s foot print and is complete with digital temperature control. Evolution Filtration Systems can be designed to handle one or multiple machines always providing the best possible filtration.

Ebbco to Exhibit with Granite City Tool at STONEXPO

Ebbco inc has developed a specialized blend of resin designed exclusively for the waterjet industry. This special blend has provided customers with longer life and

better quality when run in the Ebbco Closed Loop Filtration System. This

resin is specifically designed to maintain the PH levels while still providing

excellent water quality. Spent resin can be returned to one of our five

resin exchange facilities to be exchanged with a new virgin bag of waterjet

resin. Each exchange includes proper disposal of your spent bag, a new 1 cu.ft.

Resin bag filled with virgin waterjet resin and a new 5 micron pre-filter disc.
